Registration
Authors should choose between an online or in-person presentation before receiving the acceptance letter inviting them to present their paper at the conference.
In-person fees include :
- The opportunity to publish your paper in an ranked journal
- Feedback on your research
- Conference information
- This fee includes access to all parallel sessions during the Conference, as well as the plenary sessions with the editors of the affiliated journals. Access will be via the Innodays website & in-person.
- Participants will also be eligible for the best paper awards at the Conference during the gala dinner.
- This fee includes lunches and coffee breaks during the Conference, Conference materials, a complimentary bag at registration, and the gala dinner.
- Copies of all extended abstracts presented at the Conference
- Fees : 450 € for senior and international scholars, 250 € for African Scolars or PhD students (please join a document to certify your status)

- Virtual attendees will have access to the all sessions in streaming. The technical program will include physical sessions with on-site presentations and virtual (online) sessions for remote participants.
- Virtual participants will also be eligible for the best paper awards at the Conference.
- Virtual presentations will have restricted access only for those who have paid the fee. These individuals will be granted access with a unique password that will be sent to them before the Conference.
- Copies of all extended abstracts presented at the Conference
- Fees : 300 € for senior and international scholars, 100 € for African Scolars or PhD students (please join a document to certify your status)
Late registration will cost an additionnal 100€ fee.
All authors shall pay the fees.
*Payment of the registration fee grants permission to attend in-person or virtuallity only to the person who has paid the fee.
Only those who pay the fee will have access to the paper presentation, attendance certificate, and the reviews and comments on the paper.
*Please note that once you register you will be able to access the corresponding invoice by logging in to your Innodays account.

* Regardless of whether one of the co-authors makes their registration for the face-to-face modality, the rest of the authors will be able to choose if they want it the same or virtual modality.
